During the summer month’s there’s nothing quite like sitting outside and enjoying a nice spot of afternoon tea! Hetty collaborates with some fabulous local businesses to recreate the classic British tearoom experience by introducing a little haven of ‘tranquili-tea’ in the midst of buzzing food festivals.

Hetty loves a culinary challenge to test her creative baking skills! If you’re after something for a dinner party or a special occasion, give Hetty a ring to see if she can help! Please note we do not do novelty cakes, nor do we use fondant or sugar paste. We believe in keeping all decorations as natural and as full of flavour as possible.
We do love a good project with lovely local business’. Bordello Banquettes is one of those very such business’. Hosting regular private dining evenings filled with delicious local produce from artisan producers, many of whom have created items especially for the evenings menu theme. Plus there’s cocktails and burlesque! A great evening and a really fun project to be a part of. Hetty has created both sweet and savoury pastries, canape’s, puddings and meringue towers in the past for Bordello, each event is completely different! Bordello Banquettes Supper Club.
